		<description>Nice job.  Nice site. Amazing video of the pistol.  One of my goals is to be able to even do one pistol with just body weight.  
what is your recommendation on progressions.  I&#039;ve seen many ideas and have tried a few but I&#039;m not there yet. Could be the method or more time.</description>

		<description>Speed and agility training should be approached the same way you approach anything else: with slow incremental growth. From what I gather this exercise has this covered. I particularly like the idea of strengthening the stabilizing muscles, this reduces the chance of injury and does play a major role as far as agility goes. Nice article, keep up the good work.</description>
